1. Introduction
The Chevy_1K A.T.M. Resource Center is a newly established organization founded by a Black Woman and Small Business owner, committed to modeling positive programs in the local community. The founder has set a organizational mission to help educate, support, and encourage inner-city youth, through personal and professional development activities to find and profit from their passions
2. Key Capabilities
The Founder, Noni Norman, holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language Arts, enabling us to effectively communicate our message to diverse audiences.
The Founder also possesses a Masters in Business Administration, bringing a strong background in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational development.
Additionally, the Founder is a licenced Ga Educator, allowing us to deliver educational programs and support to the community
Furthermore, the Founder is a licenced Georgia Cosmetologist, showcasing our committment to holistic welbing and incorporating unique skills and trades into our organization.
3. Organizational Structure and Staff:
Our organization is lead by the founder, who brings a diverse range of skills and possesses a wealth of knowledge and expertise in both business administration and education to drive our mission forward.
As a newly established nonprofit, we are in the process of building a talented team dedicated to delivering high quality services to our community.
4. Partnerships and Collaborations:
While we are a new organization, we are actively seeking partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach and impact.
We are committed to establishing strong relationships with community organizations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to leverage resources and enhance our capabilities.
5. Certifications and Compliance: Our organization is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Past Performance and References: As a new organization, we do not have past performance or references on the government level to present at this time. However, we are confident in our ability to deliver high-quality services and make a meaningful impact based on the successful implementation of our programs on the local level.
We have successfully impacted our community through volunteer training and community clean up programs, donation drives and holiday gifting programs, youth entrepreneurship programs, plant based meal prep demo and tasting programs, and our flag ship program Talk and Tools Personal and Professional Development Lecture and Work Shop Series where we activate the local community of professionals, business owners, and entrepreneurs to volunteer 1 hr of presentation/workshop time where they share personal and professional ideas, concepts, principles and practices that allowed them to be successful. Beyond the 1 hour presentation, we ask presenters to provide, if possible, mentorship, internship, employment, or at least follow-up information or activities for the youth to get the most use of the presentation.
7. Future goals:We are dedicated to building a track record of success and establishing a strong reputation in the government contracting arena.-Our one major goal is to build a student centered boarding school for youth ages 16-25, in the inner city, focusing on personal and professional development, GED certification, and Trades. -Our organization is eager to collaborate with government agencies to contribute to their missions and address the needs of our community
